Hugh Spencer

Hugh Spencer is a co-founder of the Research Station (with Brigitta Flick) and has lived in the Daintree region since 1988. He is the Director of Research and general factotum. His interests include making small pipe organs, but this environment seems intent on defeating that.

Brigitta Flick is a Director and co-founder. She is completing a degree in Psychology and working at James Cook University. Her passions are cooking and rehabilitation of flying foxes. Brigitta Flick
John Sinclair John Sinclair is famous for being the "Man who saved Fraser Island" - he now operates his own ecotourism firm "Go Bush Safaris" based in Sydney.
Andrew Small has lived in the area much of his life, and is recognized as one of our top rainforest botanists. He now works with the environmental consulting firm GH&D in Cairns. Andrew Small
